Good News!
Boats are selling at such a rapid pace here at Manatee Pocket Yacht Sales. Could yours be next?
As of today, we sold 51 boats in 2020!
We never imagined doubling our average monthly sales given the current status of our county and our world.
Thankfully, we have experienced a seamless transition into conducting business virtually while needing to limit interaction with the public. Many of our discussions with clients have been moved outside our office in the open air. Over the past few months, sea trials were conducted with masks, buffs or by keeping a safe distance. More wire transfers are being utilized versus clients coming into our office to deliver or receive a check. We are grateful to rely on YachtCloser, our platform for executing contracts electronically. In these times of people having to operate remotely, the convenience and efficiency of this program are a huge benefit to all parties involved.
Incoming phone calls and emails from prospective buyers are keeping all of us very busy. One way we set ourselves apart from other brokerages is our swift turnaround time when responding to inquiries on your boat.
We answer our phone calls live or a broker returns a message at their earliest convenience which is usually within hours, not days. Callers are delighted with our quick reply. We are told that is not their experience when they inquire about boats with other companies.
Buyers that email us with questions or intent to see a boat receive an informative email from MPYS in a timely manner. Our message acknowledges the request, introduces our company and reassures them the listing broker will be in touch shortly.
Calls, emails and especially showings are at an all time high. We are making the most of this activity.
