Yes, it is truly December.
Seasons Greetings and hurry in 2021!
I looked back at last year’s message for November and found the following:
“Plans are underway for the 46th Annual Stuart Boat Show! Is your boat ready?
Having sold over 60 boats in 2019, we are doing something right.
Thank you for the opportunity and certainly the trust. If we are not bringing you offers, I hope we are discussing a price adjustment.
At some point it all comes down to price but the good news is we are still getting offers during this last month of the year and currently have 7 boats under contract. Several are ready for survey and set to close before year end.
We are working diligently to meet your expectations!”
The only changes this November are it is the 47th Annual Stuart Boat Show and MPYS has sold 102 boats as of the end of November 2020!
Let me repeat:
The Marine Industry Association of the Treasure Coast WILL be having the Stuart Boat Show in 2021!
And….
Manatee Pocket Yacht Sales has sold 102 boats as of the end of November 2020.
First off, the MIATC remained unsure we would have a show this year until this week. Of course, Covid along with the Roosevelt Bridge had us waiting. Attention is being given for the show to be safe like the Ft. Lauderdale boat show was regarding Covid.
Second, 2020 continues to be a great year for boat sales.
While sales are still brisk, the number of views of boats and actual phone calls and e-mails is noticeably down from this Summer.
One message I consistently offer is the need to have your boat ready for survey. Please consider calling us about a pre-survey check by our mechanic, Darren Grant of Grant Marine. He has recently made the difference for four of our Seller’s successful sales.
We wish you a Merry Christmas and Happy Hanukkah!
See you at the Show!
